Since every puppy is hand made, so there is the slight difference between the texture of each puppy. And every puppy is unique so there will be the difference of each puppy's appearance and look. The pictures on product page are the sample’s pictures, we will make the puppy according to same pictures and try to make a similar one. So that you could have a unique and lovely puppy by your side.

Usage Tips: You can take it out for play, but this may cause stickiness or dirt. Be cautious with slime containing fur or accessories. Playing with it inside the bag can extend its lifespan; we recommend doing so.

After-Sales Requirements: After-sales requests require an uncut unboxing video. No refunds or exchanges except for product quality issues caused by delivery.
